Hertsmere Borough Council recently published its draft Local Plan which identifies the former Potters Bar Golf Course as a site for development. With limited brownfield sites, a lack of development in Potters Bar and a significant need to deliver new homes across Hertsmere, part of the former Potters Bar Golf Course could help meet the need for new homes and facilities.
